Yui Skincare is a brand co-founded by sisters Anusha and Akanksha, inspired by Korean culture and dedicated to sharing the best of Korean skincare, food, and culture with India. Our name, "Yui," symbolizes unity and connection, reflecting our mission.

To place an order, browse our website, select the products you want, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and make your payment.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI and mobile wallets. You’ll see the available options during checkout.

4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above a specified Minimum Order Value (MOV) in selected areas. Standard shipping charges will apply for orders below the MOV.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery times are displayed at the time of order placement. While we aim to ship within this timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Yes, we guarantee that all products sold on our website are 100% authentic. We source directly from reputable brands and suppliers.

12. What should I do if a product doesn’t suit me? Can I get a full refund?
Skincare is all about trial and error. While we guarantee the quality and authenticity of our products, we cannot predict how they will react with every skin type. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on products that do not suit your skin. However, our team is available to help you find alternative products that may work better for you.
